ALSTOTT (2003-2016) ... During the league’s first 6 seasons, we never voted TE’s to our All-Star teams (offenses just had QB’s & WR’s) … never even thought of TE’s … then Alstott came along … and we immediately knew we had to fix that … 13 Time All-Star ... Played on 5 Super Bowl winning Championship teams ... first TE to amass over 1,000 yards receiving in a single season ... his 72 receptions in 2004 is still the most ever by a TE in a single season ... Retired as the #2 all-time leader for TE's in career receptions (376) and yards (5,770) ... served as SFF commissioner for over 17 seasons ...
CRUZ (2002-2016) ... Just as Alstott was the first to revolutionize the TE position, Cruz was 100% responsible for us acknowledging a player for his “Sportsmanship” ...  he was voted "Best Sportsmanship" three times  and All-Dat "Casper Award" in 2013 ... but Cruz was much more than just a nice guy ... Defensive Player of the Year Twice ...  voted as a Defensive All-Star 13 times ... 2014 All-Dat "Franchise Player Award" ... played on 5 Super Bowl winning Championship teams ... fierce competitor ... superb team leader ...  only player to have both - over 25 sacks AND over 45 interceptions in a career ...
CHEWY (2006-2016) ... Not often does a team posses an offensive weapon that neither throws nor catches, but that's exactly what the Mob had  ...  Chewy's pit-work played a huge part in the Mob making it to 9 of the last 12 Super Bowls ... 8 Time All-Star TE ... All-Dat  "IHOP" (International House of Pancakes) award in 2013 ... All-Dat "Brick House" award in 2014 ...  4 Super Bowl winning Championship Titles ... excellent feet-work, great use of his hands, upper body strength and balance made Chewy an unmovable force   ... Arguably the best pure-blocking TE this league has ever seen ...
